Tanja Kuzman

CEO of the Digital Serbia Initiative

Tanja Kuzman is the CEO of the Digital Serbia Initiative, bringing over 15 years of professional experience in digital transformation, startups, innovation, and finance. Over the past six years, she served as the Director of Digital Solutions, Startups, and Innovation at PwC Serbia, where she led and coordinated activities across nine countries in Southeast Europe. She was also a part of PwC’s global teams focused on startups, digital solutions, and artificial intelligence. In this role, she led over 20 major international projects, centered on the innovation ecosystem and digital solutions, with extensive stakeholder involvement. Before joining PwC, Tanja worked as an Investment Director at a venture capital fund in the UK and as internal staff from outside at the Directorate-General for Economic and Financial Affairs at the European Commission. Tanja has spoken at more than 100 business and academic events and mentored over 50 startups. She was recognized as one of the 100 Leaders of Tomorrow of the whole world at the 44th St. Gallen Symposium of Leaders of Today and Leader of Tomorrow in 2014. Tanja holds a degree from the FEFA Faculty and earned both her master's and PhD in Finance from the University of Sheffield in the UK.
