Dragoljub Damljanović

Dragoljub began his career in the mid-1990s as a professor at the Polytechnic Academy in Belgrade, and then joined Electrodistribution Belgrade as a designer of electrical networks. In 2002, he became the director of public lighting, and later the director of the planning and development division of EDB. In late 2004, he moved to Schneider Electric, where he worked as a sales engineer and later became the general director for Serbia and Montenegro. In 2016, he became the regional director for energy and services in Southeast Europe, and since 2020, he has been the sales director for the Smart Grid division and the director of the Development Center in Novi Sad. He has been a member of the Supervisory Board of OTP Bank since 2014 and a former president of the Supervisory Board of the Franco-Serbian Chamber of Commerce. He also served as president of the Serbian Managers Association from 2020 to 2023 and received the "Manager of the Year 2017" award and recognition for promoting leadership among youth in 2018.
