Prof. dr Jelena Anđelković Labrović

Jelena Anđelković Labrović is an Associate Professor at the University of Belgrade, Faculty of Organizational Sciences, in the Department of Human Resource Management. She is the head of two postgraduate study programs: Human Resource Management and International Business and Management. She is an expert in human resource management, with a particular focus on employee training and development. With over 15 years of experience, she has worked as a consultant, trainer, business coach, and mentor in employee development. As an academic researcher, she is the author and co-author of more than 60 research papers and has been involved in several academic projects in the field of human resources. She is also a co-author of the book Training and Development of Employees. She has actively participated in the "Venture an Idea" project at FON as both a mentor and lecturer on topics related to mentoring and coaching startup teams.
