Jovana Rakićević is an assistant at the Department of Technology Management, Innovation, and Sustainable Development at the Faculty of Organizational Sciences, University of Belgrade. After years of working on projects and research in the field of technology management and entrepreneurship, she, along with her colleagues at the faculty, initiated an intensive educational and extracurricular program focused on technological entrepreneurship, the development of entrepreneurial skills and mindsets among students, and encouraging entrepreneurial behavior through student startup projects. Jovana advocates for the development of an entrepreneurial university and its positioning within the innovation ecosystem, as well as the establishment of a strong academic mentoring community that will foster the creation of new multidisciplinary entrepreneurial teams and provide them with the necessary support in the early stages of pre-incubation. She is actively involved in the development of two academic innovation incubators at the University of Belgrade. Jovana is a co-author of the textbook "Technological Entrepreneurship," as well as numerous research papers and publications in the fields of technology management, technological entrepreneurship, entrepreneurial ecosystems, and the impact of entrepreneurial education on students' entrepreneurial intentions.
