Marjana Brkić

Program Director at the Center for the Promotion Science

Marjana Brkic, PhD, is a Program Director at the Center for the Promotion Science, and Research Associate at the Faculty of Biology, University of Belgrade. Currently, she serves as the Program Director at the Science Promotion Center and has over 10 years of experience in project management within various international and local funding frameworks, as well as in science promotion. She graduated genetic engineering and biotechnology at the Faculty of Biology, University of Belgrade, and then completed a Master's degree in Management and organization at the Faculty of Organizational Sciences, University of Belgrade. She obtained a joint PhD at the Flemish Institute for Biotechnology, University of Ghent, Belgium, and at the Faculty Biology, University of Belgrade, focusing on the field of neuroscience.
