Mia Popić is the director of the Sinergija Center, a Doctor of Psychological Sciences, a psychotherapist, and a business psychologist. She completed her PhD in the field of women's leadership and the psychological factors related to effective management. She has collaborated with numerous companies, helping individuals to empower themselves and embark on the next chapter of their lives and careers. Her knowledge has been beneficial for companies in business development, as well as for top managers, entrepreneurs, team leaders, and Scrum masters in developing a coaching style in people management. She leads internationally recognized coaching trainings, where many individuals learn more about coaching psychology and apply it in their practice.
