
Nataša Jovanović Lješković
Dean of the Faculty of Pharmacy in Novi Sad
Nataša has 25 years of experience in leadership positions that connect business, innovation, and academia - both domestically and internationally. She is the Dean of the Faculty of Pharmacy in Novi Sad. Additionally, Nataša is a consultant and mentor in the field of innovation and technology transfer for projects with the World Bank, the Innovation Fund, and NALED. She is a member of the International Pharmaceutical Federation (FIP) Working Group responsible for creating educational programs on the digitalization of pharmacy and healthcare. She has also worked as an advisor to the Director of Molecular Genetics at IMGGI, focusing on innovation and business development. Nataša earned her PhD in Biotechnological Medicines from Utrecht University in the Netherlands. During her time in the Netherlands, she held managerial positions responsible for managing technology transfer for biotech projects and the production of biological/innovative medicines.
