Sofia obtained her education at Bucknell University and at the University of Granada, Spain. She has seven years of experience as a certified instructor at one of the leading global education companies, Berlitz. During this time, she was dedicated to the development of young people and adults, training and supervising 50 instructors, selecting and testing candidates, as well as conducting courses for business professionals in 40 local and international companies. Through her leadership at the Academy in the digital studio 30Hills, she actively manages the process of validating and testing ideas that later develop into digital products. For the past 12 years, Sofia has been committed to supporting clients who believe that continuous improvement brings a positive impact and contributes to the advancement of society and the environment in which we live.
