
Vukašin Grozdić
State Secretary of the Ministry of Science, Technological Development, and Innovation
Vukašin Grozdić, the State Secretary of the Ministry of Science, Technological Development, and Innovation of the Republic of Serbia, began his professional career in the public sector in 2016 in the Cabinet of the Minister of State Administration and Local Self-Government. From 2017 to 2022, he served as an advisor to the Prime Minister of the Republic of Serbia, where he excelled in managing complex projects in the fields of digitalization, education, science, and training programs for labor market needs. Since 2022, he has been appointed as the State Secretary in the Ministry of Science, Technological Development, and Innovation, and during this period, he has actively worked on improving the education programs for doctoral students, digitalizing scientific research results and administrative procedures, as well as reforming the salary system for scientists and researchers, which has contributed to a better socio-economic status for the scientific community. He attended the Faculty of Philosophy at the University of Belgrade, where he obtained both his bachelor's and master's degrees. He is currently researching the topic of digital literacy among adults in his doctoral studies at the Faculty of Philosophy, University of Belgrade.
